“I have hired We Build It Construction (Edwin is the main guy) for at least three major projects. First he redid our kitchen cabinets and repainted. My wife and I were so happy with their work that we had them back when we decided to redo our bathroom, including completely redoing our shower and helping us pick out the shower floor and tile. The third project was our biggest. We have 15 year old twins, a boy and girl, and our daughter took over the shared bathroom that had two sinks so our son would take over my wife's and my batheoom each day. So we called Edwin to see if we could turn our daughter's bathroom into two bathrooms. The project took about two months, and the finished product is truly stunning! Now each of our kids has their own complete bathroom including showers that are absolutely beautiful. Edwin is our go to person for anything with our home. I highly recommend him and his team.“

“When I was planning this remodel I just wasn’t sure on when to start and how it would work with my schedule. I was not in town for most of the project. That was the whole reason I kept dragging my feet on it. I did not want to manage a remodel from a different state. Sounded like a terrible idea. But the house needed work badly and there was no point in waiting anymore. I was initially very worried. Asking myself can I trust the contractor will they answer me, will the job keep moving and so on. With quality first builders I felt early on that the answer was yes to everything. I met with Rudy for the first meeting, and once the contract was signed, I received a very detailed breakdown of all the design items from the design team. This email literally had everything in it, questions, links to things, vision boards etc. This was a lot more help than I expected given the fact that I wouldn’t be in town when a lot of the finishes were going to be needed. We scheduled in-person shopping dates for the days I was in town and other things were chosen online.

They kept me in the loop the entire time with updates, photos and quick answers to everything. Their communication was absolutely top notch.
And then I came back and it was just... done. That is probably the biggest compliment I can give them. The whole thing took up way less mental energy than I thought it would and the place feels really good now. Very very glad I did not keep putting it off. Kudos to Quality First Builders for impeccable work from start to finish.“

We started with a foundation leak caused by a pinhole leak in the hot water line, which led us to reroute the plumbing through the attic. The team was extremely professional and efficient—finishing everything in just two days (one day plumbing, one day drywall repair).
They were very clean, covering all walls, furniture, and even the garage with plastic to keep dust contained. The drywall repair was flawless—no signs of any work done.

“I reached out to MDM back in early 2025 and met with Mike right away so he could look at my property and walk me through what my wife and I wanted for our project. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious.

Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process.

Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation.

During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away.

Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done.

After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!“

Full disclosure I did not end up going with one of their contractors only because of a variety of personal connections to the one I chose but I was so impressed and happy with the service they provided that I'm taking the time to write this view.
