I was a little nervous and hesitant to come here, as I didn’t know having lice was more common than I thought.

As soon as I stepped in the clinic, I felt a sigh of relief because Jackie and her staff are the SWEETEST, and very very professional! It was me and my son who came to get checked and treated, usually my son wouldn’t sit still for more than 5 minutes but as soon as he sat in the chair, the staff offered him an iPad to watch while getting checked and treated. He sat still the ENTIRE time, for about an hour, and was actually enjoying it! Lol. Unfortunately we both tested positive for lice, but Jackie and the staff were able to treat us with proper care and we left clear of lice, and very satisfied! We had a very welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience. The biggest thing is that we left with peace of mind knowing that we were treated thoroughly and cleared of lice.

Service is fast and quick. There is a security/greeter at the front of the entrance, on the right. He gives you a blue mask if you don't have one on or you have a fabric mask, he ask you to sanitize your hands (device on the left of the entrance. Lobby (waiting area is small, so I filled out my form outside. When I was done, gave my form to the receptionist, took 2 minutes. Took the elevator to 2nd floor, there was 8 chairs spread out after the vaccine to rest. Nurse was really nice, thorough explaining what to except and what to bring back next time. The vaccine took 1 min. Parking is easy, lots of residential parking. No need to worry for meter or 2 hour parking. There is construction going on Taraval but cross street is really easy. What I don't like is when I called to make an appt, the representative already asked me all the questions on the form I filled out when I arrived. So what's the point of me filling it out again when she recorded all my answers into the database from our phone conversation..?? You guys need to look into that.“
