Always been treated courteously and with respect. Appointments start on time. I go there for general health,eye care, and mental health. Very professional and I trust them to do right by me. Preventative care and those darn yearly exams I am always reminded to schedule is good as I wouldn't remember or I'd blow them off if left to me. All is good at Mike Nevin
They are always busy, it's hard to get an appointment, but the medical team assembled here could stand toe to toe with any other on the Peninsula. Unfailingly courteous and efficient, several languages spoken by staff. If county health care is your best option, you could do a whole lot worse.
5 stars for the doctors. As for the front desk people who hires those people they are dumb as hell. How the hell they work with the public and not understand a damn word anyone is saying.please hire smarter people that at least understand English.
