460 Boulevard Way #2d, Oakland“Renew is an oasis amongst in-network physical therapy clinics. Seldom outside of private practice are therapists able to spend your whole appointment with you. Quality of care and attention to detail are top notch.
Jess helped treat my a persistent running related tendinopathy successfully after two other practitioners at other clinics failed. Her sessions focus on form an educating you on proper biomechanics so that the exercises you do outside of clinic are done properly. You're not just guided through a workout. She includes a few minutes of massage, too.
As a certified massage therapist myself, I trust Renew with my clients when they need physical therapy. Renew therapists collaborate with other practitioners in your care team to assure you receive the best possible treatment.“

110 La Casa Via Ste 100, Walnut Creek“Wanted to take the time to write this review regarding the Massage Therapist at the Walnut Creek location named James.
James is an amazing Massage Therapist that not only has gone above and beyond for the patients that he treats but makes every minute of each session count. He moves with focused attention to what your body needs. I’ve experienced a lot Massage Therapist throughout my life but none like James. I highly recommend him for your medical massage needs and I look forward to finishing out my massage therapy appointments with him.
Thank you James for helping me through this injury and your pursuit to help me get better.“

2940 Summit St #2b, Oakland“I had my first massage with Amy today and it was fantastic. The space is adorable, clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Before we started, Amy took the time to check in with me, it felt like a mini therapy session! We pinpointed exactly which areas needed the most focus. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Amy is extremely thorough and has amazing hands. Highly recommend!“

1550 Parkside Dr STE 120, Walnut Creek“I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with the care I got here. Dr Kim Colon really helped me with the initial diagnosis and figuring out the best care plan for my PPPD. For almost a year I was struggling with Balance Issues and had stopped doing any sorts of physical activity. Carly was an amazing Physical Therapist and was super knowledgeable on my Vestibular issues and helped me regain my balance and confidence. I can easily do so many activities I was depriving myself of and I am so happy I found this place on Veda wesbite.“

5442 Boyd Ave, Oakland“Sirena is truly wonderful—let me start there! I've been seeing her for about five years, originally after being referred for complementary care alongside my Neurofeedback Therapy (which I also recommend). During that time, she provided the perfect support. Sirena has an incredibly calming, caring, and grounding energy. Whenever I suffer from severe tension headaches, often made worse by sitting at a desk all day, she's my first choice. While massage therapy gave me some relief, it just wasn't enough—so I went to Sirena. I'd arrive with a headache and leave completely pain-free! Her gentle techniques really are remarkable. I might not fully understand how they work, but they certainly do. I've even seen her for digestive issues, which improved after our sessions. If you want to treat yourself with self-love and kindness, schedule a visit with Sirena.“

1431 Oakland Blvd # 215, Walnut Creek“I had a mountain bike accident years ago, and believed chiropractic care was the best course for my physical health despite still suffering from regular pain. Thankfully, my chiropractor referred me to Clayton Francis for an evaluation to see if Clayton could help me. I've been seeing Clayton now for almost three years and feel better than I have in many years. He explained to me why I still had the pain from the bike accident, and gave me exercises to help develop the surrounding muscles. Clayton explained to me why my back hurt (I was wearing bad shoes), he showed me how to take care of my feet so exercise would be more beneficial, and he's taught me many more things that are invaluable. When I first saw Clayton 3 years ago, I was severely stressed (loss of job, death of a parent after years of caregiving) and in a great deal of pain just about everywhere. At that point, I needed to see him weekly or every other week to get stabilized. Now, I only see him once a month. If you need help finding out how a mystery pain originated, and how to fix it, see Clayton. If you have chronic pain from an old injury like me, go see Clayton. He's truly a magician!“

403 49th St suite a, Oakland“Amy and Iris are the two PT's that I've seen at Back to Life Physical Therapy; they both are very knowledgable, and thorough in their explanations and guidance. In addition to their abundant knowledge in the specific area of pelvic floor, the extra care and time they put in to really listen, understand and then instruct me have been what distinguishes them in the field of physical therapists. I have improved since starting to work with them (a year ago). The office is kept clean and neat, and is full of natural wood, natural light, and includes a library of pertinent material. Colleena, the receptionist/office manager, is a wonderful and personable and efficient part of the team. I highly recommend this practice.“

2855 Telegraph Ave Ste 301, Berkeley“I have had great results for my pelvic issues with PHRC, with Tiffany Ai Lan Vo and other PT’s there. The support staff is also very supportive, welcoming and competent in dealing with the insurance maze. Thank you Lisa Topete. I got excellent PT care, support and guidance there and highly recommend PHRC.
I went to PHRC after a mountain biking accident and healing of my fractured pelvic bone. The scar tissue buildup was restricting my range of motion and made bike riding painful. After much research, I found PHRC as the only PT clinics in the North Bay providing both strengthening training and manual therapy. I’m completely past my injuries and in a better physical condition than before my fall accident.“
