17332 Von Karman Ave #120, Irvine“This is a long overdue review!! I've been to several Physical Therapy facilities and this is one that tops my list. I see Garrett and he's been taking care of me since my ankle injury (July '24) and now post ankle surgery. Naturally I wanted Garrett to continue being my PT because I'd like to be able to get to full strength again and I know he can get me there. His leadership with his aides is on point and each one from Ian, Kiana, Dylan, Billy and Ken have all been amazing (sorry if I misspelled anyone's names). They know exactly what they're doing and give precise instructions but also care to make sure you're not encountering any pain or doing an exercise wrong. I've made a lot of progress post surgery and couldn't be happier. Additionally, I can't leave a review without mentioning the front office staff, shout out to Kat and Marissa!! Right when you walk in, there is always a sense of feeling welcome as their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge are what sets them apart!! Thank you In Motion O.C. for providing the best PT & helping me towards my recovery!!!“

10540 Talbert Ave Suite 110, Fountain Valley“I was looking for pelvic floor therapy and Apeksha is amazing! Her knowledge and lifestyle tips helped quickly improve my condition in addition to the exercises. I found In Motion O.C. because they accepted my insurance and everything went smoothly and was very professional. I called several other pelvic floor PT offices and all were out of network (didn't accept insurance) and charged hundreds of dollars per visit. I highly recommend this office. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!“

1600 Dove St #100, Newport Beach“Shawn and Tanner were able to get me on the schedule quickly and resolved my issue within just a few weeks. Everyone is very professional and clearly cares about the patients. They take the time to explain body mechanics and identify the root cause, actually spending time with each individual. I’m very grateful to the whole team for getting me back to living my life and enjoying the summer.“

755 N Shepard St, Anaheim“There aren’t enough words in the world to express how grateful I am for the team here. I came in almost a year ago barely able to walk from a back injury and mentally preparing myself to be told I’d need to cut back on volleyball or that I’d need to stop playing all together. BUT Brian and his team worked really hard with me and I still get to play at a competitive level. Major thank you to Brian, not to be dramatic or anything, but you changed my life. Special thanks to Adam for the assist and Junior, Jona, Chase and the rest of the team that helped me with exercises and made being injured a little easier to deal with. Over the last year I not only got stronger and healthier, but I really enjoyed going to PT and getting to know everyone.“

14661 Myford Rd STE C, Tustin“Dr. Lin and Dr. Park
Over the summer of 2025, I was assaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life.
Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a “physical therapist,” I don’t think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided.
Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body.
One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention.
This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom.
Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered.
Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive.
I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself.
I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect.
Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.“

18821 Delaware St Suite 106, Huntington Beach“I had mastitis really bad and reached out to Holly and she was able to get me in that same day. She treated me for mastitis with the ultrasound therapy and it changed my life!!! My mastitis ended up going away and I didn’t have to go on antibiotics! She and everyone in her office was so incredibly kind to me and I felt so taken care of. 10/10 recommend if you need mastitis treatment!!“

1910 Old Tustin Ave, Santa Ana“Great therapy with a focused, attentive staff that cares about achieving results. Jason unraveled my chronic back pain and got to the cause of the problems and corrected it with a mix of yoga and muscle activation techniques. Excellent therapy. I feel much less likely to have any more falls or injuries thanks to this care. A must for athletes and seniors looking to balance their bodies and reduce risk of injuries.“

18200 Yorba Linda Blvd #308, Yorba Linda“I really adore the staff. Katie is kind and caring and she follows up on patients. Eddy is very knowledgeable and cares about how patients feel are treated. Chad is an amazing PTA. He's got a great attitude and really wants the patients he sees to be better for themselves. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been amazing as far as the staff. That's why it's sad to see the facility the way it is and how the employees have to work under these conditions. When it rains it gives off a foul smell like mold. There is exposed wires everywhere and the ceiling as well. I come to Cadceus for all of my doctors and it's great but the downstairs looks way better than where I go to do physical therapy. It looks like the place isn't finished. Also, please know that BIM has made a huge difference in my life personally with all of their help and encouragement. I am forever thankful to all of them. Sincerely, Rupinder (Rupi) Bhogal“

“Highly recommend! Great physical therapy office!! Mark Allen is very knowledgeable, personable, and gets great results. Went for PT on my ankle after a backpacking slip with 3 fractures, a dislocation, surgery with screws and plate, and had GREAT progress under Mark's guidance, he's a great coach! A treasure to all the many folks he treats!“

120 S Chaparral Ct # 150, Anaheim“Shout out to CORE Physical Therapy in Anaheim Hills. Just finished my longest/fastest run in 3 months. Not quite where I used to be prior to an accident (back problems) but a step in the right direction. I did 4 months at a place prior with no results then went to Core Physical therapy for 4 weeks and really feel results and continue to do the exercises they showed me at home. I felt like I had a personal trainer each session where the place I went before gave me same routine and never monitored me. Dr. Pham and Meghan were amazing!“

15201 Beach Blvd Ste A, Westminster“After my ACL and meniscus surgery, I struggled with constant pain from scarring inside my knee, barely any mobility, and a deep fear of jogging, walking normally, or ever coming back to sports. The staff here demonstrated not just skill, but understanding — they met me exactly where I was, both physically and mentally, and guided me step by step toward recovery.
Every exercise they introduced was just right for where I was in building both strength and confidence. Their expertise made sure that I was never pushing too hard, too fast, but always moving forward.
Now, I can run and return back to sports freely without the fear in the back of my mind because of their knowledge, patience, and care. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel safe, understood, and get your confidence back, this is the place.“
