“Shout out to CORE Physical Therapy in Anaheim Hills. Just finished my longest/fastest run in 3 months. Not quite where I used to be prior to an accident (back problems) but a step in the right direction. I did 4 months at a place prior with no results then went to Core Physical therapy for 4 weeks and really feel results and continue to do the exercises they showed me at home. I felt like I had a personal trainer each session where the place I went before gave me same routine and never monitored me. Dr. Pham and Meghan were amazing!“
