“I’ve done physical therapy at other places before for my hip bursitis, but working with Matt here has almost completely healed it. It’s not just robotical go-through-the-motion therapy here. They actually think out of the box and each visit has new exercises that work to extend and improve my healing. I’m very grateful for this place. They greet me by name when I sign in and are friendly across the board“

“I really adore the staff. Katie is kind and caring and she follows up on patients. Eddy is very knowledgeable and cares about how patients feel are treated. Chad is an amazing PTA. He's got a great attitude and really wants the patients he sees to be better for themselves. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been amazing as far as the staff. That's why it's sad to see the facility the way it is and how the employees have to work under these conditions. When it rains it gives off a foul smell like mold. There is exposed wires everywhere and the ceiling as well. I come to Cadceus for all of my doctors and it's great but the downstairs looks way better than where I go to do physical therapy. It looks like the place isn't finished. Also, please know that BIM has made a huge difference in my life personally with all of their help and encouragement. I am forever thankful to all of them. Sincerely, Rupinder (Rupi) Bhogal“

“I had such a great experience with Laurie. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions to really narrow down the areas I needed focused on, and then tailored the massage perfectly to those needs. I also really appreciated how she checked in about ambience—asking about preferred scents, sounds, and temperature—which made the whole experience feel so personalized and relaxing.

Her space is cozy and calming, parking was easy, and she checked in with me throughout the session to make sure everything felt right. I left feeling relaxed, taken care of, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Laurie!“

“Dr. Lin and Dr. Park
Over the summer of 2025, I was assaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life.
Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a “physical therapist,” I don’t think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided.
Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body.
One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention.
This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom.
Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered.
Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive.
I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself.
I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect.
Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.“

“There aren’t enough words in the world to express how grateful I am for the team here. I came in almost a year ago barely able to walk from a back injury and mentally preparing myself to be told I’d need to cut back on volleyball or that I’d need to stop playing all together. BUT Brian and his team worked really hard with me and I still get to play at a competitive level. Major thank you to Brian, not to be dramatic or anything, but you changed my life. Special thanks to Adam for the assist and Junior, Jona, Chase and the rest of the team that helped me with exercises and made being injured a little easier to deal with. Over the last year I not only got stronger and healthier, but I really enjoyed going to PT and getting to know everyone.“

“Need Physical Therapy NOW to leap beyond pain, trouble with walking, jogging and enjoying life "on the coast?" Get your appointment with Mike Wright, DPT like NOW. Do it STAT. Tell your friends too. Mike spent way more time on "my full assessment" than several prior PT's. Then he explained WHAT was holding me back and STARTED ME ON A NEW PATH at once. This was so different - it WORKED and I made REAL PROGRESS. How about leaping from 1/4 mile walking to 3 or 4 MILES/DAY with a smile on my face? Sure, it took a few weeks and some work. Along the way, Mike would constantly ask, listen, watch, suggest, and have me TRY stuff I'd never done. He always asked "does THIS little change help John?" Gotta say, the SMALLEST CHANGES unlocked me from back pain, knee issues, and the ability to JUST WALK. I even got his OK to jog a bit. AND I CAN. Leap beyond your limits! Call Dr Mike NOW.“

“I was looking for pelvic floor therapy and Apeksha is amazing! Her knowledge and lifestyle tips helped quickly improve my condition in addition to the exercises. I found In Motion O.C. because they accepted my insurance and everything went smoothly and was very professional. I called several other pelvic floor PT offices and all were out of network (didn't accept insurance) and charged hundreds of dollars per visit. I highly recommend this office. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!“

“Hands down, FIVE stars!

The sports medicine specialist, a DO, whom I saw for my bunion problem causing excruciating pain in my foot and ankle, insisted that I go to OCPT. I chose their Irvine location. The facility is in a modern office park. The office is clean, bright, airy and very functional. The staff is outstanding starting with the receptionists, especially Hailey who is very, very knowledgeable. Onwards to the PT aides who are well trained, sharp, pleasant and effective in their job. The DPTs are consummate professionals. I was assigned to Justina who is a healer, a magician and most of all, a top notch educator. There were days that I limped from the parking lot to their office with considerable discomfort and walked out ready to put on my fencing gear for a training session. Needless to say, she healed me. At the conclusion of my lengthy treatment period, Justina sent me away with the knowledge and confidence to keep myself in shape and continue to improve my health. The owner, Victor, is a personable and astute businessman as well as a hands-on professional who still treats patients. I highly recommend this facility.

On top of all that, they offer Radio Pressure Wave (RPW) therapy. I’ve had this treatment out of state recently and it was effective in treating this nagging nerve (?)/muscular issue in my dominant shoulder. If you have chronic muscle pain, I highly recommend that you consider this technology. While this therapy is not covered by any insurance or Medicare, their price is less than anywhere else that I can find locally and certainly less than what Google AI shows.“

“This is a long overdue review!! I've been to several Physical Therapy facilities and this is one that tops my list. I see Garrett and he's been taking care of me since my ankle injury (July '24) and now post ankle surgery. Naturally I wanted Garrett to continue being my PT because I'd like to be able to get to full strength again and I know he can get me there. His leadership with his aides is on point and each one from Ian, Kiana, Dylan, Billy and Ken have all been amazing (sorry if I misspelled anyone's names). They know exactly what they're doing and give precise instructions but also care to make sure you're not encountering any pain or doing an exercise wrong. I've made a lot of progress post surgery and couldn't be happier. Additionally, I can't leave a review without mentioning the front office staff, shout out to Kat and Marissa!! Right when you walk in, there is always a sense of feeling welcome as their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge are what sets them apart!! Thank you In Motion O.C. for providing the best PT & helping me towards my recovery!!!“
