In late June I had one of my old issues flare up and at the same time I injured my knee. Dr. Lin and team provided excellent personalized care. For those that dont like seeing a PT for 15 min before being passed onto an Aide, this is a good option albeit pricey. He is very knowledgeable. I also have been doing acupuncture for the first time with his team and its been great. For the skeptics id definitely recommend giving acupuncture a few tries, it helped me.
Highly recommend Emily for any type of massage you need!!! I have been to many masseuses and no one leaves me feeling truly restored like Emily does! I’ve seen her for prenatal massages, postpartum massages, craniosacral massage, and now monthly I go to her with whatever I feel needs attention. She has been life changing in all of these seasons and massage types! Her knowledge of the body is extensive and she truly listens to the body and knows what it needs! I’ll walk in there with shoulder pain and leave with such a relief because she found the trigger point in a completely different part of my body (I wouldn’t have even known!).
