Fo my recovery it’s a slow process, however they provide you with great tools & lots of encouragement. Had major spinal surgery - balance and walking without falling is my biggest challenge.
I was looking for pelvic floor therapy and Apeksha is amazing! Her knowledge and lifestyle tips helped quickly improve my condition in addition to the exercises. I found In Motion O.C. because they accepted my insurance and everything went smoothly and was very professional. I called several other pelvic floor PT offices and all were out of network (didn't accept insurance) and charged hundreds of dollars per visit. I highly recommend this office. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!
