I really adore the staff. Katie is kind and caring and she follows up on patients. Eddy is very knowledgeable and cares about how patients feel are treated. Chad is an amazing PTA. He's got a great attitude and really wants the patients he sees to be better for themselves. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been amazing as far as the staff. That's why it's sad to see the facility the way it is and how the employees have to work under these conditions. When it rains it gives off a foul smell like mold. I took a 10' fall from a ladder the week before Christmas 2021. Tore my rotator cuff which led to surgery in late June 2022 and now a 6 to 12 month recovery. My PT of choice was Back in Motion. From the front office to the aides to the therapists to the students on rotation, (I would name them all, but it would just show I go too much) they all genuinely care about me and my recovery. The physical portion has been tough in itself, but the mental portion has been horribly challenging. My migraines are completely gone. To me, after 10 years of suffering, it was like a miracle. Everyone at Back in Motion in Yorba Linda treats me with the highest level of kindness and respect. Robin and Katy at the front desk are graciously welcoming and a lot of fun. Eddie and Chad and Andrea are brilliant professionals committed to each patient's health and the resolution of unnecessary suffering. I am forever grateful to the entire staff for all they are doing for me and for the laughter we share. Everyday, in every way, I am getting better and better, thanks to Back in Motion.
