This place gives great hands on physical therapy and also exercises galore to get you better. This was the third PT I went to because the others were not getting me better fast enough. I love the team at OC Rehab, went in after my shoulder replacement and was set up with a great 4 week program, wish it were 8 weeks though.
Now 3 weeks post lower lumbar surgery I'm signed up for 4 weeks at 3× a week and can't wait to see the team again! Let the hard work and healing begin!
