I have actually some great experiences here. It I've also had petty frustrating sessions. I believe the therapists here are well educated I found it frustrating that you have to say the right words to a specific the realist. I was put in my place when I described my pain being different every day. The therapist was dismissive. They were annoyed at me and let me know it! I kept going back because I loved their work but I was always slightly uncomfortable. So I would only say the minimum to not upset. Very arrogant man! I know we have differences but I missed an appointment, sadly because I truly needed the work after back surgery, but MaXum took no time to cancel me completely. I def recommend them but try not to upset them.

Soy mamá de un niño autista, mi hijo ya tiene un año asistiendo a MaXum therapy. Desde que empezaron sus terapias el personal a sido amable desde las recepcionistas y los terapistas. Cuando necesito hablar por teléfono a la oficina siempre me contestan o me regresan la llamada y siempre son amables. Cuando ocupo hacer las citas usualmente ellos me hablan para poderlas a hacer yo les hablo y siempre me ayudan para poderlas hacer en un horario que funciona para mi familia. Desde la primera terapia que le han dado a mi hijo me an ayudado dando consejos para poder ayudar a mi hijo también en la casa

Maxum pediatric speech has been a God sent. The staff are incredible, they are patient with me, answer all my questions and concerns. Before I started with Maxum, they informed me of their AM session restrictions and I moved forward. I know that many places don't take on any new patients and the waitlists are 6 months to be seen for care. I am thankful to have even found care for him. And great care at that!His speech therapist has been working with him for a little over 4 months.. he finally said his name yesterday!! We are so blessed, she works hard with him, she gives us the handouts and we do the work at home with our son. She is patient, she plays games that he likes, he is excited to see her and work with her! In fact he rushes me out of the lobby to spend time with her!The team are so great, updated his goals so that he meets them. The front staff is incredible, Miss Delmi and Miss Darlene in particular, they have been so patient with me, so kind, they are just excited when I tell him my son has met a goal! They see him in the lobby and interact with him with love. I am so thankful for this staff and this team. Maxum therapy has truly increased my son's quality of life. They've given him a voice! Tools to communicate with us! I will always be thankful and sing their praises!! Please call them and schedule -- and remember for every bad review you read, there's probably 10 amazing reviews - just like mine, we just haven't been able to get around to leaving it - we tend to forget to be thankful when things go great it's not easy to find pediatric speech services in OC - so I respect their restrictions and work with them to schedule accordingly - I've tried other places and shuffled him through other therapists. We are so comforted to know we have landed with Maxum. No better care, people to take care of our family. Thank you Maxum! thank you Miss Stephanie! Miss Delmi! Miss Darlene! And the entire staff who would so hard!
