The performance and warranty for these windows are a matter of record. The only question was, 'what would the installation be like?' Construction Concern has past reviews that could go either way, but this is a family run local business and Waylan said he would honor a 5 year warranty, on their installation, to put my mind at rest.

The installation crew arrived timely and took 4 days to get the job done. They removed all debris and did their best to honor any request I had. I did have questions about the installation process that Waylan answered promptly. He inspected the work and addressed all of my concerns.

During this process, I discovered many of Construction Concern's employees have been with them for decades and take pride in their work product.

Now I enjoy my mountain top views through beautifully well insulated, fire rated, sound reduction windows.

At more than one point he and his crew members asked if I was completely satisfied.

Here's our initial assessment: Before deciding to go with Mike at SCCCI, we met with several contractors to replace our roof, repair rotten wood trim, replace exterior doors, repair stucco and paint our house. Mike was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done and made us feel very comfortable. We read some negative reviews online that made us nervous and were discussed, but so far It's been a very pleasant experience. Mike hasn't been afraid to answer any questions we threw his way (which were many) that ensured we were on the same page and what our expectations were. Mike and the crew showed up on time this morning and he went over everything we previously agreed upon with his crew, which was made easy because it was spelled out in the contract. The crew was knowledge and capable. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day, stockpiled their tools and supplies, let us know what still needed to be done and what they would be doing the next day.
