I would not recommend this company. Very unorganized. I reached out to this company to get a quote. I should've saw the first red flag and moved on when they didn't call me back but I kept trying giving this company a chance. I finally got an email from the company owner apologizing for the delay. Giving them a chance I waited for the guy to come out an measure. He never showed up. For an email apologizing for this. I still gave them another chance. Finally the guy showed up but outside of his appointment time because he was down the street and wasn't coming back to my area for my original appointment time. So I came home to meet with him. A couple days later for an email with the quote and had the final measurement appointment. Two weeks went by never heard from this company I reached out and got an email saying that they are t able to order the doors she's waiting for to arrive. This was back in March. It's now August and I never heard back from the business owner who was the point of contact on my account. STAY AWAY it's a waste of time.

I called and left 2 messages that were never returned. On the 3rd try I talked to a rep who said he would talk to his installer and get back to me the next day. That was 5 days ago and still no response. I can only imagine what would happen if I got a quote and scheduled the work. I called them because I used Mike's in the past under the original ownership and was very satisfied. I guess when it was purchased by the new owners the service left. I would not recommend this service provider.

Contacted this company for a front entry door. The only good part of the company was the young man who came by, to hand me a brochure with lots of choices. Every time I called to order a door or a measure, I got a recording, we are busy, or out of the office. After the third try, I was done!No Answer, No Business. I wonder where all these good reviews came from.
