“Mark is THE BEST! He is all the things you want a contractor to be: experienced, responsive, organized, dependable, attentive to the smallest details - a perfectionist. We recently remodeled 2 bathrooms and had only a vague idea of what we wanted. Like most people, we had space and budget limitations but Mark is so creative and he designed 2 beautiful, elegant, and distinctive bathrooms. Like most remodels, there were unexpected obstacles, yet he was able to adjust with a minimum of delay and little or no additional cost. He was in contact with us every day of the project and was very hands-on, checking every phase of the remodel with an eagle eye. Throughout the job, he was considerate of our time and comfort and kept the disruption down to a minimum. His knowledge and experience are evident in the high and lasting quality of his work and materials. 5 years ago he did an amazing remodel of our kitchen and people still think it was just recently done. An extra plus - throughout both projects, we asked Mark about many small issues around our house (closet doors, old fireplace, entryway) and he always came up with creative ideas to fix or replace at minimal cost and maximum impact! The result was that our entire home looked beautiful when he was done.
On a personal level, Mark is so enjoyable to work with. Easy to talk to and he responded almost immediately to all of our calls and texts (and we had a lot!). We couldn’t be happier with the results and unconditionally recommend Mark and Daniel’s Development.”
