I went with AGS based on a recommendation from a YouTube channel that was very informative. Worst mistake of my life. 15K down and 1 and half years of wasted time this company claims that they could not get a city permit for architectural plans that they drew up and submitted. Basically the most incompetent provider I have ever done business with. Run don't walk away as fast as you can.

Alex's team installed 4 windows for me today, and we were really impressed with his team. I gave Alex a time block on install day, so if they came late in the morning it didn't interfere with my schedule since I was working from home. There was a miscommunication on the order, but Alex stepped in and fixed it immediately. He stands by his words to ensure that customers are satisfied with the project. I appreciate his old school approach! That said, I'm having Alex do more windows because his team did a great job installing and cleaning. And his price is reasonable (I received quotes from 3 other companies). Be prepare to wait! It takes time for the windows to be made, but once it was ready scheduling was a breeze!
