I gave Alex a time block on install day, so if they came late in the morning it didn't interfere with my schedule since I was working from home. “8/23/22-Project Started Today! Here's our initial assessment: Before deciding to go with Mike at SCCCI, we met with several contractors to replace our roof, repair rotten wood trim, replace exterior doors, repair stucco and paint our house. Mike was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done and made us feel very comfortable. We read some negative reviews online that made us nervous and were discussed, but so far It's been a very pleasant experience. Mike hasn't been afraid to answer any questions we threw his way (which were many) that ensured we were on the same page and what our expectations were. Mike and the crew showed up on time this morning and he went over everything we previously agreed upon with his crew, which was made easy because it was spelled out in the contract. The crew was knowledge and capable. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day, stockpiled their tools and supplies, let us know what still needed to be done and what they would be doing the next day. Day 2 begins bright and early tomorrow morning and we have high hopes for another successful day.“
