Communication was great at the beginning, before we paid. Once the job started, it took forever to complete. Redid our front yard and within days, the irrigation for the plants rose up and stuck out, half my plants died due to poor landscaping and our decomposed granite which was poured was too little and poorly done as well. Took them months to finish our porch tiles and electrical work. Such a shame since they were so friendly but now I know that it was just a ploy to get us to sign a contract. Will never use them or refer. Heard that they’re now operating under Eclipse Construction Inc. Stay far away.

8/23/22-Project Started Today! Here's our initial assessment: Before deciding to go with Mike at SCCCI, we met with several contractors to replace our roof, repair rotten wood trim, replace exterior doors, repair stucco and paint our house. Mike was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to be done and made us feel very comfortable. We read some negative reviews online that made us nervous and were discussed, but so far It's been a very pleasant experience. Mike hasn't been afraid to answer any questions we threw his way (which were many) that ensured we were on the same page and what our expectations were. This company hires good workers who also work for themselves. I had no problems with their workman but rarely saw the contractor, hard to contact and he never even came to see the work finished. Our house outside remodeling came out fine but with a lot of aggravation . As a general contractor Mike should find a different line of work.
