I initially reached out to Progressive as I was interested in replacing the last 2 windows and 2 sliding doors in my house that the previous owner did not get done and I wanted Amerimax as thats what I put in my last house, I was happy with them, and Amerimax had them listed as a supplier on their website.Well, in a turn of events, they are actually the company who had done all the previous windows and doors in the house for the last owner, so I was able to find out what brand/quality was installed. Progressive Insulation & Windows definitely earned 5 stars for service provided. They installed all new high end windows throughout my home and did a phenomenal job. Our sales rep Kyle was helpful and responded promptly to the many questions from me and my husband. Joe managed the job wonderfully and kept in touch with us every step of the way right through install. He sent a great team of installers led by Pedro and they were thorough, showed up every day on time, courteous, and left workspaces clean.
