I used RLFC as my contractor for the California Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. I met with a few of the different contractors that were on the approved list, but Justin from RLFC Construction stood out from the rest. He and his team were friendly, professional, easy to work with, efficient and fairly priced. He walked me through all the steps of the program, handled all the required paperwork for the program and city permits.
