One of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had! Weekly communication with project status updates, photos and plan. Shared expertise and ideas to improve overall design, resulting in very few change orders. Great adaptability when unexpected challenges arose in our 100+ yr old house remodel, with little disruption to timeline. Sensitivity and flexibility to accommodate people living in the project zone. Brian and Brent are a pleasure to work with, and I could not be happier with the results of our remodel!

We have been using Watermark since 2004, staggering our house remodeling over the years. They are wonderful to deal with, responsive to our whims, and listen to our ideas and make them happen. They are always on time and do exactly what they say they will including beautiful, high quality and meticulous custom work. They are also responsive when attention is needed even years later. Watermark Builders (Brian and Brent Rose) did an extensive remodel on our house.They are perfectionists both in their craft as well as the financial side of their business. The quality of their craftsman ship is noticeable and appreciated. I have worked with contractors who are good, but the product Watermark produces goes beyond the norm.
