“We had the most amazing experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing! Our 50 year old plumbing system decided to retire without authorization and backed up (you can imagine what) into our new bathroom and toilets. Emergency call and Rooter was there in 3 hours. They quickly identified the problem, were so knowledgeable and thorough. They stayed until almost midnight for the initial phase and the next 2 days over the weekend replacing. I simply can’t say good things about our experience. I would call them anytime in the future asap!!!!“

“I went with a group of volunteers through a charity organization to provide free dental service. The place seems clean and well maintained. It offers meals to the migrant workers and other services. Overall a good facility for people in need.
The reason for the 4 star is because it is a basic facility and not fancy at all.“

“My son and I tried to switch out a Flushmate replacement for the toilet in our condo. We tried to turn off the water from the wall, but were unsuccessful. We thought that we could replace the unit quickly, but there were many roadblocks in our way (including the company sending us a broken part. We finally got it in the toilet the hooked up the water, only to find out that the new unit leaked. In desperation, we decided to call a plumber. My son called one, and they couldn't seem to come out right away. We then called Just-in-Time and Justin answered the phone, asked a lot of questions, and asked for a video of the problem. He quoted a price and was at our place within 10 minutes. We had been bailing water for over 3 hours. He came in and miraculously stopped the flow. He suggested that the shutoff valve needed to be replaced, but couldn't do it until the water to the unit was shut off. We spent over 1 hour with the HOA, was told that it could be, then after numerous holds, told us that Justin had to do it. Meanwhile, he took apart the Flushmate, found the leak and fixed it. He went to the basement and decided that it was not in his favor to shut off the water to the whole building. He then came and hooked up the water to our new tank, and it worked perfectly! He stayed to make sure that it did. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him in the future. He was our hero!“
