“Oran is someone I wasn’t expecting. My girlfriend suggested that we go for a reiki treatment while we were visiting Oakland. She had never done Reiki although I trained and was certified as a level one Reiki instructor years ago.
I was not enthusiastic about going but went initially to support her and have her experience what was possible.
My take away was night and day to what I expected. Oran combines a shamanic practice into his Reiki session that provided me with a release of years of held emotions. Unconditional and at times difficult it gave me a lightness that I have been able to feel since our session.

“I used to see Alexandra regularly when I lived in the East Bay, and even though I’m now based in San Francisco, I still make the trip across the Bay Bridge traffic to see her. Her studio is a calming, peaceful sanctuary, and Alexandra herself is one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve ever met.

One session years ago that really stayed with me was when she gifted me crystals after learning my uncle had passed away — such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that shows how deeply she cares about her clients as people.

She gives truly incredible facials, and the massages that come with them are rejuvenating for the whole body and spirit. I’ve never had another esthetician pay such close attention to detail or be so in tune with what my skin actually needs. Her technique and level of care really set her apart. My husband even had his first-ever facial with her, and it was so satisfying to see everything she was able to extract!

Also, bonus: she has the sweetest little rescue pup who sometimes makes an appearance and adds to the already good vibes.

“Such a beautiful storefront! I've been struggling with my brows disappearing postpartum and finally decided to get them professionally tinted. My last tinting experience at another establishment was not the best and left me with eyebrows that looked as nonexistent as before my appointment. So, I kind of gave up trying not to look like an alien without eyebrows. :) But Jess did an amazing job! This is hands down the most beautiful my brows have ever been. They're the perfect color; I don't need to add any color in the morning, and my life is so much better not having to spend time and try drawing two identical brows on myself (I think I was walking out the door 90% of the time with non-matching brows, I'm not very good at applying make-up :D).
