“We had been plagued by a strong, intermittent urine smell in a bedroom for months. I had thoroughly cleaned everything and eventually suspected that our original (70+ y.o.) cast iron plumbing may have been to blame, as the main line ran underneath the floor in the bedroom with the odor. We had sluggish drains as well, and decided to go ahead with a full re-pipe under the house. We got 3 quotes, and Thrifty came in at the best price. One quote was nearly double. Another quote came in somewhere in the middle, but the plumber never sent a written estimate and was hard to get ahold of! Mike’s team came out on a Saturday morning and worked for nearly 12 hours to complete the job in a day, so that we could have running water by the end of the day. You just don’t see men work as hard as his crew did very often anymore. Right proud of them. Best of all, the urine smell is gone! They even spread some kitty litter down beneath the house to help absorb any dampness or odor. I’m beyond delighted with their work. 10/10 recommend!“

Called a plumbing service they said they couldn't snake it and the only way to fix it was to install another sewer clean out that's closer to the clogged toilet . They were going to charged me 10x the amount of what Able Drain & Rooter Service charged me. Able Drain & Rooter snaked the clean out and my clogging issue was fix lol“

“The folks from J & M Phillips installed solar on the roof of my home. John Phillips and his crew did a great job from start to finish. I had a couple other solar installers quote the work and John's quote was significantly less while quoting a slightly larger system. So far the system has performed well and has the ability for me to monitor its production online and on my phone using an app. The workmanship is terrific! I looked at all of the other solar systems in my neighborhood and see conduit and the inverter on the outside of the house. J & M installed the inverter in the garage so it will stay cool in the summer and dry in the winter. All of the conduit is inside the garage and attic leaving all of the eye sores normally associated with residential solar out of site. All of my concerns and issues were always addressed by John Phillips immediately and professionally. I can call John any time if I have a question about my system and he answers the phone or calls me back quickly. If you live in the central valley and plan to install solar on your property, J & M Phillips Electrical is going to give you a great system for the best price!“
