Flooding in neighbors apartment that caused leaking in ours. I called Top Tier plumbing, they informed me they could come out as soon as they were granted permission from management. I text management there number and they came out expeditiously. Love the fact that they are 24hr no matter what the time. Hightly recommend. They were personable and friendly. Honest christian company. Would most definitely call for there expertise and professionalism again.

My water stopped working, so I made a call and payment and had a worker come over for service. While they were on their way, my water started working all of a sudden. I called and they gave me a full refund. 10/10 would recommend.
