Despite a scheduling error (we were told someone would arrive at 8 am today but the person we spoke to yesterday didn’t input our appointment into the system), We were able to have two technicians arrive at 9. I was really impressed with George’s ability to get straight to the point on what needed to be done and took care of us in a professional manner. If I were the owner of this company, I’d give George a big raise, he knows how to take care of customers. He’s the reason why this review is 5 stars“
