Technician Alex came out and was PHENOMENAL. My in laws are in their 60s and have gone years of hot summers without ac upstairs because they were told by another company it needed to be replaced. Alex found the real problem, fixed it within an hour, and took the time to explain the health of EVERY component and system to me. I really appreciate him and i know my family is going to be over the moon when they find out. Cant tell you how blessed we are today because of Alex.
Our A/C went out yesterday and the first company we called was Modern Air. Despite a scheduling error (we were told someone would arrive at 8 am today but the person we spoke to yesterday didn’t input our appointment into the system), We were able to have two technicians arrive at 9. I was really impressed with George’s ability to get straight to the point on what needed to be done and took care of us in a professional manner. If I were the owner of this company, I’d give George a big raise, he knows how to take care of customers. He’s the reason why this review is 5 stars
Julio came to look at the AC unit and determine that all the electrical components were working and that the problem was with a Freon leak out of the evaporator. The unit is from 1998. We’ll be getting an estimate for a new unit. Julio did a great job on explaining it all.
