We have dealt with Ace Air for at least three years. When our A/C unit went out on us, of course in the hottest part of the season, they were able to get us taken care of with portable A/C units while waiting for a new unit to be delivered. Work was done quickly and efficiently, once all the parts were received, modifications made with a minimum of mess, and everything was cleaned up and removed with a minimum of intrusion. Since then, they have stayed in contact to schedule and perform seasonal checkups and filter changes. Recently, we were hit with the flooding of our house and surrounding areas from seasonal storms and bank breaks in the local creeks. Again, we called Ace Air for maintenance, cleanup to flood damaged ductwork, repair and replacement, along with the relevant damaged insulation. All work was done cleanly, efficiently and with a minimum of impact in our day to day living. I highly recommend Ace Air, and our contact person, Robert K., for any of your HVAC needs.
They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Robert went the extra mile to fix our A/C, which is 30 years old, when it broke in 103 degree weather. They squeezed us in between other appointments due to the extreme triple digit weather in July. We are a customer for life!
