Services have drastically gone down in terms of responsiveness and patient care. 2 month old Electronic messages are not acknowledged and ignored despite repeated follow-ups by phone and face-to-face visits. When queried by phone, staff who takes messages have no clue on why my electronic messages are not responded to. When I asked the provider (finally an appointment just to ask when I can get the requested item which is already 3 months in process), I could not get a turnaround time. John muir concord used to be a stellar medical care clinic but not sure why quality and customer care went downhill.

Two incidents with the office staff here. 1. I requested a lab test order. Staff calls and tell me it was placed. I go onto my chart to verify. Not there. Emailed follow up. No response. Site says allow 48 hours for response. What are the staff doing for 2 days that nobody is monitoring these emails? Are they so busy that literally every minute that they are in the office that they can't monitor these in a timely manner. Business response time should be 2 hours. On October 28th, 2020 I have nine months of sobriety.
