Our AC stopped working during one of the hotter weeks of the year. I called one of those huge AC repair companies who wanted to replace my entire HVAC unit. Needless to say the price was really high. I called a friend who referred me to Anthony at Absolute Air. Even during our initial call, Anthony was so kind and helpful. It was Friday and they were really busy that day but Anthony made time to squeeze me in himself. He said the unit could definitely be repaired and I did not need a new unit. My 80+ year old parents had their A/C conk out during a 100+ degree heatwave. Remembering a successful furnace repair from Absolute some years ago, we left a message on Sunday, and got a time slot for Monday.
Carly put in an utterly heroic two hours in the SUPER hot attic (easily over 120) replacing the broken part. I truly felt she extended herself beyond even her personal safety out of sympathy for my parents' discomfort.

I had tried several out of the box HVAC companies before a friend told me about Absolute Air. The other companies kept trying to sell me a new system I didn't need at the time. Absolute Air came and did a thorough analysis and told me all of my options to get my ducts repaired. From Carol on the phone, to Cole in the field, to Josue and all the techs, every staff member is courteous and takes their time to explain possible options and what to costs to expect. I love that they are local to Martinez and a family owned business. I will ONLY hire Absolute Air to repair and maintain my HVAC system. When the time comes to get a new one, I already know who I am going to call!
