“With the warmer weather, we switched to AC mode for the first time after installing our new HVAC system by 74 degrees. Unfortunately, the air out of the vents was not cool. Flavio was assigned to come to troubleshoot and repair our AC. He was very methodical in checking out various aspects and through his expertise, he found that our condensate drain was clogged. As a result, the safety switch shut down the cooling operation. He quickly unclogged the drains and meticulously cleaned it out, and our system was up and running! A few comments about Flavio…He is extremely smart, and very professional. He is so polite and takes the time to patiently answer my questions. I am extremely happy with his service. “They are absolutely the best contractors I have dealt with in over 30 years as a homeowner. Their proposal was accurate and complete. Their work is excellent quality and was done on time. When there were problems due to unexpected issues (as there always are), they came up with great solutions and were always fair and reasonable.
