“My wife and I have gotten massages at Sanity every 2 weeks for the past year. Amazing! A different therapist used to come to our house, but Sara and her staff are so good we now happily make the drive to their spa instead. I previously enjoyed either swedish or sports massages, but the stretching incorporated into Sanity's massages make them my new favorites. The facilities are not fancy, but comfortable and clean -- appropriate.“

“Went in for a 1 hour combo massage. Cost was $60 (plus I tipped). Interesting setup. Past the counter is a room with 8 tables that they used for the head and foot massage. While they do your head your feet soak in a little tub. Someone else also came in for a massage while I was getting mine done and they worked on them at another table. After the feet and head were done I went to one of the six small rooms that they used for the back massage. Normal massage table with a hole for your face. Massage quality was good. A little problem with communication since she didn't speak English but everything worked out. I had a sore back and tightness in a foot and they felt much better after they were done. Don't come here if you want a high end salon experience but if you want basic bodywork at a good price this is the place to go.“

“Juliet Tablak is a wonderful primary care health professional. We had not found a doctor of her vast knowledge and ability since our previous chiropractor who was in practice working until the year his passed away at 95 years old.

Dr. Tablak has a well rounded and full understanding of the human body - how it works and how to get it well. She far exceeds the standard chiropractor who only adjusts the spine. She provides a full line of supplements right on site if needed, she also suggests products to help support wellness from other sources than her own, as well as and even suggests items at times needed from a local pharmacy!

Hands down Dr. Juliet Tablak is the best of the best as a full service heath care practitioner, and her bedside manner is bar none.“
