“First time visit. The massage was good as I received adequate pressure for all my muscles. However, if there is one improvement that I would suggest to management, I would ask that the therapists wash their hands before massaging my face. It’s a little gross having them massage my feet, ask me to turn over, and then immediately massage my face. They may have used a towel in between to wipe down my feet in between, but I don’t think that’s adequate.

I booked the “Get Away” package today. Since it was my first time visiting, I randomly chose a therapist, and I’m so glad I was paired with Yumi!

She did my shampoo and facial massage, and everything felt just right — not too hard, not too gentle, and never painful. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed.

I especially recommend Yumi and will definitely be coming back to see her again! ❤“

“My husband got me a spa package for my birthday. First time here and I was treated like royalty. Everyone took their time with me and made me feel special. They made sure I had food and water and whatever else I needed. I truly have never had a spa experience this nice before. They stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. This is my new place! “This was my first time getting a facial this inclusive and I loved it! Darlene was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when assessing my current skincare routine. I got the 3-1 hydrating facial with microdermabrasion. She took before and after photos for my own personal comparison and included a lymphatic drain massage in the treatment. I saw a noticeable difference directly after and in the days following up! She recommended I continue with gua sha to continue seeing the results and I can confidently say I did while I was consistent with it. I will definitely be returning!“

“This is my second visit. My first visit was in Jan of this year and I had a great experience with the 60 min Firm Swedish. It pains me that I did not remember my therapist's name. It would be nice for this business to include names onto the invoice or receipt so that customers could keep up with the techs they favor. I like how clean and calm it is. This second visit was more of an urgent need and I received any available female tech for the timeslot I selected. I got the Firm Swedish as before, but or 90 mins. The tech I received was good, however it was difficult to communicate with her due to language barrier and my untrained ear for heavy accents. It would have also been nice to communicate the level of pressure beforehand. This place as a whole is a bit expensive as well. Unfortunately, this isn't a place I would frequent because of pricing alone.“
