“I was referred here and it sure did not disappoint! Dr. Yeh is very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. I had a few concerns based off my previous experience elsewhere and she made me feel confident and comfortable that I was in good hands. My treatment was painless and quick. Upon entering I was greeted by the woman at the front desk who is lovely with making the check in and check out process a breeze. It can be difficult finding a place to trust but Dr. Yeh was truly exceptional! Definitely referring all my family and friends here. Great customer service all around!“

“I've been a customer of this salon for almost 2 years now and I can't say enough about how amazing it is. Thi (owner) is the sweetest person and always so accommodating of my hectic schedule. My lash extensions are perfect every single time - most people don't realize that I am wearing extensions. They are extremely comfortable and don't irritate my eyes. I've tried other lash extension salons and they are just not the same - my eyes really hurt. Thi also offers a lot of other services such as hydrafacials - I heard that she does an amazing job and I can't wait to try them. Anyway, if you're looking for great results and amazing service, I highly recommend checking out the salon.“

“This review is for their esthetician, Allie. I actually have not physically visited their facility. I'm interested in a skin care journey with Svia MedSpa, based off of glowing reviews. Unfortunately, Los Gatos is a bit far from where I live, and the San Mateo location is closer. I reached out to Allie, because she has put me on a skin regimen plan in the past, in a previous office. She graciously answered all my questions and gave me another full regimen to address my skin needs and concerns. Although she was aware I wasn't going to her location, she still went above and beyond in customer service. I feel like a valued customer. I can't wait to get started. Thank you, Allie!“
“This place is GREAT! Came in for a brow tint and underarm waxing with Patty and she did an amazing job, I can't recommend her enough! She was very professional, answered any questions I had and was so quick and efficient. I thought I had sparse brows but really it's just that a good amount of my eyebrow hairs are super light to the tinting made a world of difference. Now I don't need to fill them in at all, just throw a little gel in to keep them looking fluffy and good to go. They do the diamond glow facial here so I definitely will be back to try that and of course to touch up my brows!“

After my first meeting with Jenny I knew I was in good hands. Her experience and knowledge is incredible!!! The spa itself is perfect--as soon as you walk in, its peaceful, smells delicious, and looks so inviting. Rochell warmly welcomed us; her room is spacious and she gave my daughter a lovely first facial and her skin was glowing.
