The spa's professionals, such as Rachel, are skilled and accommodating, taking the time to understand clients' concerns and provide personalized recommendations.
Impossible to get ahold of. I have tried calling the number posted on the door and website 7 or 8 times (over the course of a few months), never an answer and the inbox is full so you cannot leave a message. Spa hours are not posted on the website nor here on Google. I decided to visit in person (on a weekday during normal business hours), and it was closed. Called the number again with no answer. The QR code posted on the window gave me a very suspicious pop up that said my phone had a virus, same thing on my computer when I clicked the link to book an appointment. Endlessly frustrating.

!! Beware of this company !! I took a 6-month membership but Joana who works there told me that she will cancel in the 5th month of payment because she cannot provide me with the full service because the Sculpt pod company was discontinued in its installationONLY OF THE 5 months that I paid, I WAS GOING TO OPEN 2 months of service, the rest I lost my money because they will not return it to me !!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY HERE
