She was absolutely correct and I had no idea this was the extent of the injury. Two months later into being her patient, I am certain that I will have some recovery. Once he did his magic the swallowing disappeared. Everything from the right side felt painless. Continue to go tiwce a week along with seeing Dr. Septi to be consistent. Because im a runner. I need to make sure im not off to one side, to prevent injury. Going two years with out see Dr. Levine didn't help. Wasted time seeing oral surgeon, primary dr and neurologist didn't do me any good. Everything came but normal.“

“I was searching for a last minute prenatal massage and had a great experience with Sherice. Check-in at the front desk was prompt and friendly, the space is clean and not heavily scented, and my therapist had a great touch as well as a warm but not intrusive bedside manner. I've had massages elsewhere where indiscriminately strong pressure on bony regions made me instantly stressed, but Sherice perfectly attended to the actual muscles without glancing off of the bones. I only wish that I booked a longer session!“

He gave great advice, which is still helping, and I think it'll stick. Between the doc and you tube: breathe in, deeply, for better posture and basically any effort. Another doctor recommended engaging the stomach. Dr, Dekeyrel also strongly recommended planks, and squats. AND, both the doctor and the office manager took a minute to massage, before the adjustment! Dr. Dekeyrel did some sharp things into the problem areas. “I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage day-of, and it was incredible. I lift regularly, and the masseuse (Alice) picked up on that immediately and applied good, progressive pressure. She started applying light pressure with just hands, progressed to more intense pressure with her forearms, up to full body weight with knees and feet. She massaged my arms in a way I didn’t even know I needed, and my back muscles were twitching from the extra blood flow and release. The massage was worth every penny! I tipped $25“
