“Best massage in the area! We had one hour foot and I’m heavily pregnant, so they adjusted mine to not apply too much pressure etc whereas they all firm pressure points to my husband’s feet. They put us in a private room with adjustable chairs so I had a chair bed not a flat bed, which I needed being pregnant. They did a little head face shoulders first before feet, which was great. Really recommend. Will be back!”

“I’ve been seeing Charmian for a little over a year at this point. I came to her in my preconception journey, wanting support in reducing the residual hormonal cascades of chronic stress and tone my body through acupuncture. I got pregnant a few months later and my pregnancy has been incredibly easy and straightforward, thank goodness. My stress is mostly eliminated and if I ever go back into it, I am much more easily able to take myself out of it.
Over this last year, I’ve gotten to enjoy her acupuncture, cupping, and massage, as well as the essential oils that she brings briefly into sessions at the beginning of the treatment to help me relax immediately. I try to schedule my appointments later in the day because I know that I will always leave feeling deeply, relaxed and rejuvenated!
