I've been to see Dianne twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Her approach is not quite like any massage therapy I've had before. What really stands out is her understanding of anatomy and how interconnected the body is.
I originally saw Dianne because my teeth grinding had gotten worse lately, causing headaches and disrupting my sleep. During my first appointment, Dianne didn't even work on my jaw (and she didn't need to). Instead, she focused on other areas where I was holding tension and addressed underlying patterns that were contributing to the problem.

Dianne is a truly skilled sports massage therapist! I am a field biologist and came to her with a persistent pain in my back that had not gone away with other efforts (and other massages) and she completely resolved it. I continue to go to her regularly as maintenance to keep my body functioning at its best.
For over a year I had been experiencing an aching pain on the left side of my upper back. My GP said it was likely a muscle and suggested I try massage. I really never liked massages and I had never had any deep tissue massage but I really wanted to get rid of the back ache. While some people find this type of massage painful, I have to say I did not and after about 2 months of weekly work, my back ache is almost completely eliminated.
