I’ve been seeing Charmian for a little over a year at this point. I came to her in my preconception journey, wanting support in reducing the residual hormonal cascades of chronic stress and tone my body through acupuncture. I got pregnant a few months later and my pregnancy has been incredibly easy and straightforward, thank goodness. My stress is mostly eliminated and if I ever go back into it, I am much more easily able to take myself out of it.

I would highly recommend Chairam! She is truly excellent at what she does. I started seeing her while going through IVF, and she played such an important role in supporting my fertility journey—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
