After a discussion with Mahan he sent a new installer, Davoud Rad ([email protected]), who we highly recommend. Patience was necessary but we're satisfied with the end result after getting multiple repairs after our first installer mishandled the process. If we were given the opportunity to start over, we would have kept a closer eye on the design stage and triple checked all measurements, would have had the boxes painted before they were hung rather than allowing them to be hung first, would not have used a wall oven cabinet box in favor of a standard oven, would have pushed to pay less up front to ensure we had more leverage when what arrived was not what we thought...read full review
