We had the gas company come out to light our pilot light and they said there was a leak and the heater needed to be fixed first. I called Rick and he came right away and looked at our heater. He showed me where the leak was with his flashlight and explained how it was not repairable, and would need to be replaced. He explained the cost and process and the replacement happened very quickly. I really appreciated his demeanor and kindness in giving me the news and in turn, he made a lifelong customer!Service: Heating system repair

Rick has been our "go to" plumber for more than 10 years. He is responsive, on time, and does not recommend other work that is not needed. He has covered emergencies as well as maintenance. Good guy.
