“You are always lucky to find an honest tradesperson who does their craft well. I got to see Scott's excellent work when he did jobs for family and friends, and so when I bought a new house in the area and there was a "laundry list" of plumbing items from the inspection to be taken care of: He was my first call. Scott was prompt and polite, came out and went through every item on my list, personally inspected the issues himself and then gave me an honest and knowledgeable assessment of what needed to be repaired/replaced before it caused a problem, and what wasn't worth the time or effort. From there it was under-promise and over-deliver on everything that needed to be done. He even found a couple of things the inspector missed, plus some hidden stuff that an inspection wouldn't catch, and took care of everything nicely happily explaining what he was doing and why at every point along the way. By the time everything was done, everything was cleaned up, put back in place, and working great. The final cost was about where I expected to end up, and I know if anything is less than 100% satisfactory Scott will be happy to come back out and make it right.“
