“I would like to thank Dr Gibson and his staff for going above and beyond for me today. I had a terrible experience with my first dentist in Livermore and it made me extremely nervous to trust a new one. I first came here 3 years ago and the service was exceptional from start to finish. My most recent visit here was the same, absolutely perfect. The front staff were very helpful finding a time to fit me in last minute, even with the back and forth it took us to find a time to work with my busy work schedule. My cleaning was done by Karen today. She was very understanding with my concerns and very gentle with my cleaning. I noted I was moving out of state in 1 month and was worried I wouldn't be able to get back in prior to my move to get my cavity filled. The staff and Dr. Gibson made time today for not only a cleaning but also to fill my cavity and cracked tooth. The 2 technicians that worked with me today were Theresa and Cherise. Both were wonderful and understanding of my fear of needles. They eased my worries before and during my procedure today and made my experience amazing. Dr. Gibson is very patient, gentle, and knowledgeable as well. Thank you so very much for the exceptional service you offer here!!“

“We moved here a few months ago and had to commute to my prior dentist as they have always been amazing. I was afraid to make the move to a new dental office but finally went for it. I was pleasantly surprised that I will be happy to make the switch. Not only is is a short drive from my house, but the staff are all wonderful! Easiest cleaning I’ve ever had. It was so nice not to have water splash all over my face. Shout out to Esther! Made my husband an appointment as soon as I finished mine.“

“A good friendly neighborhood dentist's office - the staff members are always very kind, proficient, and welcoming. Dr. King isn't afraid to take on challenging issues ( which I have some) that most the other doctors shy away from. The dentist answered all my questions patiently, I always thought "cleaning" was more of a cosmetic procedure for a sparkly smile but little did I know, it actually prevents bone degeneration and much more. I was given some solid advice, things to avoid & to follow until the next visit. I feel very optimistic and look forward to continuing my treatment at her office. I feel confident I am in very good hands.Also, previously b/f pandemic, Dr. King waved the fee of $145 for the cleaning procedure which my insurance failed to cover, minor insurance glitch but she didn't even question or hesitate to take the burden which I found a very rare gracious gesture.“
