We met with half a dozen companies when selecting a contractor, and after our meeting at our home with Patricia, one of the lovely design coordinators, we felt that PK&B best understood our vision and budget.

Suzy, our assigned designer, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to all of our ideas and preferences. Thanks to her thoughtful approach and her precise attention to detail, and Jose and his fabulous crew, we now have a new bathroom and laundry room that are not only functional but absolutely stunning.

Throughout the process, we encountered a few unexpected surprises due to the age and unique history of our home; however, Suzy handled every twist with patience and flexibility, quickly reworking the design to fit our new needs. The end result was a beautifully remodeled space that far exceeded our expectations.

What really stood out was Suzy’s patience and responsiveness. Any time I had a concern, she addressed it immediately and thoughtfully. She gave us the pros and cons of every option and made sure we felt confident in every decision, never pushing us in one direction or another. She was consistently punctual, communicative, and kept us informed on the timeline throughout the project.

“This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

Finally, this review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning that Steve is a genuinely nice guy and very easy to talk to. Needless to say, I recommend Solo wholeheartedly.“

“My goal was to customize my old closet to suit my current needs. I saw multiple very good reviews online of The Tailored Closet and moved forward. Katelyn, one of the design team, was very amiable and dropped by first. Since I already knew what I envisioned for my new closet, Katelyn followed my lead and documented and sent me a graphic drawing to review and approve. The price quoted was within my budget and a good value after now seeing my lovely closet's outcome. The whole process just took 3 days. On day 1, demolition day, Sergio & Charles called ahead to inform me they were on their way and arrived on time. They were both so very professional, pleasant and kind. My project was on the 2nd floor, accessed by carpeted stairs. To my welcome surprise, they placed non-slip fabric stair covering to keep stair carpet clean. Such a great and novel concept and a real upgrade from plastic and duct tape I have experienced at prior, other projects. Banner beginning :)) Not only did Sergio & Charles complete demo in a very timely fashion, in doing so, not one paint chip occurred! I am so grateful for their careful attention throughout. Day 2 & 3 my predesigned closet was installed by Jairo and Christian. Fili dropped by to assess closet's completion. All were happy, skilled and very professional. They addressed any requests respectfully and followed through flawlessly. Their keen eye for perfection and cosmetic detail were impressive and gratefully embraced. Thank you, so much, for an exemplary closet installation. I am so appreciative for the pride the above 5 gentleman take in their profession. “A friend had recommended Inspired Remodels for our master bathroom remodel, and we were quite impressed with their team and how they operate from start to finish. Remodeling projects can be quite complicated, but their communication and scheduling process ensured everything went as smoothly and hassle free as possible. Joe, Jason, Colin, and Timothy provided excellent guidance and timely responses to our questions and concerns. Although it was not in their control, a handful of issues did surface with the quality of the products/materials we selected, but they did arrange to fix or replace without issue. There were a couple areas damaged in high traffic areas in our home, but again, they were on it. No finger pointing as to whether contractors damaged it or if it was existing damage. Take note you will be expected to purchase all fixtures through their company unless it is a product not offered by their vendors. This could end up costing you more compared to purchasing them on your own, but keep in mind they take on the liability if there are quality or delivery issues with the fixtures that could delay the project. In essence you are paying for peace of mind and also the time they take in making recommendations. Oh, and the finished product? What a transformation! Absolutely stunning!“
