Like many others, was having issues with ants getting inside. I had appointment with Shimmy within one day. He's professional, courteous and listened to my concerns about the safety of my cats when he provided the service. He also identified an issue outside that my property management company needed to address and unrelated issue in my home to make me aware of . Now that's service! After 4 days, I don't see any ants!

So this past weekend I wanted to get a haircut but my normal person was on vacation (gone for a few weeks) and I was already overdue. I asked my wife if she had any suggestions and she mentioned her person. She's always been very happy with her hair and it looks great, so why not. I called over to Janese who has her own space in Image Studios, called Thairepy. I thought that was cute and clever. Super friendly from the time she answered and she was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived she greeted us with a big warm smile, she gave a quick tour of the whole facility (not sure if that's normal). They've got just about everything you could think of in one spot, nails, message, haircutting, estheticians, hair removal, even tattoos. It seemed like a one stop shop. Everyone I saw was friendly, outgoing, and professional. I've been seeing my person for about 25+ years so I'm sort of use to a simple barber shop vibe...this seemed like more. The whole shop was clean, smelt nice, and is in a great location with a view of the entire Saddleback Valley. Janese took me into her salon and got started on my hair. She asked questions like what do you usually get, how is it blended, and what I'm looking for overall. After some chit chat she got started. My typical haircut is pretty simple, a number two on the sides and back blended into the top, which is kept about 2.5". She started out with sheering the sides and back, once she was at a certain point she moved over to the wash bowl. This is wear it got interesting to me, she used her own shampoo and massaged and washed my scalp and hair. The shampoo has eucalyptus in it...this was amazing! I know this sounds weird (maybe it's just me) but it started feeling like a deep heat, or icy hot on my scalp. It felt SO GOOD! When she finished up I went back to the chair and she started cutting. For the rest of the hair cut I had this deep icy cool feeling all over my scalp, it was tingling at one point. Having never had anything like this it was very pleasurable and added to the experience. Janese had mentioned that she uses this on her male clients and that they really like it. I was sort of dismissive at first but came around in the long run as it felt incredible. I might go back for more of this. She whipped through my haircut like it was no big deal. Sort of like Edward Scissor Hands, tuffs of hair hitting the floor. The cut itself came out really nice and she kept asking if it looked okay to me. You can tell she take pride in what she does. It looks great Janese! My wife liked it as well. So it's a win win! Would I go back to see her again, without a doubt! Janese was easy to talk to, and made the whole experience a lot of fun, not to mention a great haircut. I think I may have made a new friend. HAHAHA! It seemed weird having fun getting a haircut, I had to share.
Dr. Sabeen is the best! She is careful, has a precise, artistic eye, is respectful of the outcome looked for and knows just how to achieve it, is honest, reasonably priced, very skilled and her work is wonderful, I saw immediate positive results which continue to get even better! I travelled from Northern California just for her excellent work. My sister and I are both very happy with her results whether its RF/CO2 resurfacing, filler, botox, or one of the many other techniques she works with, you won't be disappointed!

Al has been my hairstylist for the past three years, and I've done Japanese hair straightening with him annually, in addition to regular haircuts. I absolutely love my hairstyle and am very happy with the results. Yes, it's expensive, but it saves me a lot of time as a very busy graduate student. The results are permanent until new hair grows, and it protects my hair from heat damage. Before this, I straightened my hair with an iron for nearly 10 years, which was very damaging and still left it frizzy. Now, I just use the product he recommended after washing my hair and dry it for about 15 minutes—it looks soft and perfect! Al is very professional, experienced, and makes great recommendations that are best for you, but he carefully listens to what you want.

Old school barbershop meets new school styles. I have 3 boys who are really particular about their hair. One has had long hair that has never been cut, one never wants a haircut and one is just straight out picky. We took them all to see Carlos and all 3 loved their cuts, including the one who went from long hair to a stylish modern mullet. Carlos aims to please and is extremely customer focused, he is also extremely hardworking and try's to always accommodate his clients. Carlos can do it all. I came here for a deal I saw on social media. They needed folks to come in so their students can practice on your hair. I think this probably was the longest haircut I ever had. For about an hour the barber cut my hair and the expert instructor checked their work and provided suggestions and tips. For $5, it was a neat experience. I'll be back to give other students my head to practice on.

I am from North Carolina and visiting my son and daughter who live in California. I fell and broke several fingernails halfway down the nail bed. They did a wonderful job of fixing the problem and gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend this place.
I decided to get my finger nails and toenails cut and a manicure/pedicure to clean up my cuticles while out running errands. I called Vicki at Angel Spa Nails and she said to come on over. The Vibe was happy and the staff appeared to love what they do. Win W. and Lynn P. we're wonderful. Win did my hands and Lynn did my feet and they are both skilled and truly professional. The place is clean and the pricing competitive.
I usually cut my own nails but every 6 months do this as my cuticles get overgrown and they do an excellent job.

OBSESSED with my nails. Cindy did such an awesome job. I got almond shaped dip nails. I usually wear my nails really short and just do gel so I was nervous to try a longer nail. Cindy listened to what I wanted, she was so patient, and she tried different colors for me, cut them to a perfect length, and shaped them beautifully. She's an artist!

Her private salon is a wonderful way for you to feel pampered, go in your pajamas if you need to, and not have to fight with other noise in those big salons. Timea is exceptional! I have had many facials over my 79 years. I was a professional singer and always had to look fabulous. The only facial worth having is from a Hungarian aesthetician. European skin care is far superior to the regular, run-of-the-mill facial and includes an amazing neck, shoulder, and upper-back massage. Timea's location is darling and beautifully decorated. Looks brand new. Timea is a lovely person with great vibes. We are already great friends. My 90-minute facial was stupendous, and I am not exaggerating. Go see Timea!
Francine did a wonderful job on my blunt bob... she took 6 inches, maybe more, off, and it is perfection. I have not touched it, other than brushing it, since she cut and styled it on Wednesday. That's how you know you have a killer cut

I really appreciate that Sami listens to the kind of cut I want, especially keeping the length where I'm comfortable with which is important to me. She'll also stop, and ask questions so she's clear on your vision. I trust her to listen and care. She's also great at what she does. Parking is really easy and convenient, and lots of great stores in the plaza if you want to combine errands.

Yasmin is the best. I had an amazing experience at her spa. I have been wanting microblading for years but was scared to commit. She was incredibly detail-oriented and ensured everything was perfect, taking the time to carefully shape and design my brows exactly how I wanted.

I have come to White Lotus for all but 3 of my 15/16 tattoos, and a few piercings. All of the artists are friendly and do amazing work! The piercers will talk you through the whole process and make you as comfortable as possible. Always super happy with the results and plan on coming back for more!

We had water dripping from a wall line, but their leaking pipe repair sealed it up. They found the source fast and fixed it without tearing up too much. It was done efficiently and saved us a lot of trouble.

ABC Flooring company is awesome. The owner and all of the workers from the front desk to installation are extremely professional. They turn up on time, they are knowledgeable, friendly and I highly recommend them. They also do construction and helped me with a kitchen and bathroom project, as well as flooring. I've used them several times now and will definitely use them again.
Ryan at the Laguna Hills store visited our home and took measurements for carpeting our three bedrooms and closets. He answered all of our questions regarding warranties, pad, etc. He ordered samples for us. Victor and crew did an outstanding job with the installation. Finally, the price was the lowest by far compared to the other companies we researched. My highest recommendation.
We used All OC Kitchen and Bath to remodel 2 bathrooms at one time. We were very pleased with the remodels, start to finish. Carrie came out to take measurements, then we met her at the showroom to pick out materials. Every step of the project, they were very professional. BN Design Build Inc. of Laguna Hills—led by engineer Benjamin Norouzi—created a kitchen remodel architecture plan that was nothing short of brilliant. Hired to design and secure city approval in Lakewood, CA, BN delivered an architecture plan for a seamless open-concept floor plan by removing the kitchen–living room wall and concealing structural beams within the ceiling. Ben’s creative engineering halved the required beam thickness, allowing for a cost-effective recess of the beams into the ceiling that preserved aesthetic flow. The scope also included removing three windows and adding a 4' × 9' waterfall island, with all-new cabinetry and appliances. BN completed the plans on time and within budget. The city approved the plans with zero corrections, and throughout the two-month build Ben remained readily available. We’d highly recommend BN Design Build Inc. for any home renovation needing city permits: fast, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

She does an excellent job building project plans and then executes her project extremely well. Her teams are highly skilled, responsible and care about their results. All members of Project build care about their clients and always try to meet their obligations in a professional and on time manner. Maris and her teams have completed multiple projects for us. We believe that they will any client achieve their dreams.

Like many others, was having issues with ants getting inside. I had appointment with Shimmy within one day. He's professional, courteous and listened to my concerns about the safety of my cats when he provided the service. He also identified an issue outside that my property management company needed to address and unrelated issue in my home to make me aware of . Now that's service! After 4 days, I don't see any ants!
We have had Terminix service for years and it has been great. When others mention they're having an ant problem or some other kind of pest, we smile and say, "not us, we have Terminix!" Nicholas also does a great job - always communicating ahead of time and checking with us afterwards to see if we have any questions. Great customer service!

Great experience with Danny and his crew. They redid the hardscape in our front & back yards, built a fire pit area, laid pavers on the driveway, modified the pool, laid sod, plants and most importantly fixed our terrible drainage. Everything was done with great care and professionalism. It looks wonderful and they made everything--including the inevitable problems--as stress free as possible. You should hire them!
I’ve been going to this dental office for many years, and I can confidently say Dr. Conkle and Dr. Garcia are the best dentists I’ve ever seen. Finding a dental office you can truly trust isn’t easy, but they’ve created an environment where I feel completely comfortable and cared for. Both doctors are not only highly skilled, but they also take the time to explain things and make sure you feel at ease every step of the way. The staff is always laughing and smiling, professional, and always welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else this office sets the bar for what a dental practice should be.

Dr. Soller is an amazing dentist. He handled me with total care, walking me through everything he was doing. He is so skilled, patient and kind. I have never experienced better care. I am a difficult person to please, but Dr. Soller provided me with superior service and attention. If you are in the market for a dentist, I strongly encourage you to give him a try! Also, the office is easy to access and offers plenty of parking.
This review is to shout out the incredible and hilarious Margo and Dr. Joseph!! I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, especially when it comes to getting fillings. I had originally asked if could have something to help calm me during the appointment (I was offered the option of nitrous gas), but it ended up being too cost prohibitive for me to want to do it. Because I opted not to do the nitrous, I was VERY nervous before the appointment began– but both Margo and Dr. Joseph were very patient and listened to my concerns ahead of time. They offered me a lot of different options to keep me calm during the appointment, including a blanket, stress ball, hand mirror (so I could see what they were doing), and Margo even pulled up her Netflix account for me so I could be distracted by some trashy reality TV! Honestly it was probably the most fun I’ve ever had at the dentist as both of them kept cracking jokes and making me laugh throughout the appointment. I really appreciate both of them for their kindness, patience, and sense of humor! I can’t recommend them and the rest of the Loberg staff enough, everyone makes you feel taken care of as soon as you walk through the door!
All the reviews are true - Dr Crosby is honest & doesn't upcharge. I was in the market for a new dentist so went to two places right before this, and both gave me a laundry list of problems with my mouth & then sent in the person w/ the clipboard to try to sign me up for a $3000-4000 treatment plan over like 6 separate visits. Strangely, both places had a very similar setup/portal/first time patient fee/etc - almost like they're set up by the same owner/consultant who basically tells them to fleece everyone who comes through the door. Anyway that all seemed pretty sketchy since my teeth have always been pretty good - so I then bit the bullet & paid out of pocket to go get a THIRD opinion, this time from Crosby, & it turned out that all I needed was a single filling (to be fair, it DID almost turn out to be a root canal but he put in the extra time to save it) and I was in and out of there for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend
You know you're good when you have a following. Dr. Masih took great care of me when he worked at a practice closer to where I live. When I found him again, I had already done about 3 years of consistent dental work with him. His bedside manner, thoroughness, and professionalism is stellar! I trust everything he recommends and it's obviously working because I get endless compliments on my teeth day in and out. Dr. Masih is now 2 hours away from me and worth it! I came in today for a teeth cleaning and updated xrays. Got really good results with only a tiny bit of additional help needed. All my previous work with him was still excellent! And I've now recruited my husband to be a patient of his.
Dr. Tadros is incredible! He is not out for your money like some dentists. He is also very nice, great beside manner and explains to you all the details of a procedure. His office is very accommodating and recently I was late due to my job and they still were able to take me. Have been a patient for years and will continue to come here as long as I live in the area!

I came in with severe sciatica due to a bulging disc, had received acupuncture, massages, epidural and nothing had helped. After hearing of spinal decompression I googled chiropractors in my area and saw Khorrmi Wellness Center and gave them a call. Got I the same day and started a care program consisting of laser therapy, electroshock therapy and spinal decompression, after a week I saw a significant improvement and after 8 sessions I was virtually pain free. I can't thank Dr K enough and I highly recommend her services!!

I had three decades of migraines that were finally diagnosed as an inflammatory response to gluten. When I went gluten free, my headaches were cured. Dr Gin suggested we could target the food allergy and return my favorite foods back to me pain free. Tbh, I wasn't even sure I wanted to try. What if it failed and I got all that pain back? BUT IT WORKED!! I went to Paris and I was in heaven! Baguettes, pear tarts, chocolate eclairs!! And NO inflammatory backlash. Dr Gin is amazing! Trust him and trust the process. The eclairs are waiting for you!
Dr thermos helped me cure an infection that i tried to cure on my own. He did a full blood panel and saw why i wasnt clearing the infection and then put me on the correct meds. I came in depressed and now happy. He is very thorough and will take the time to explain things to you. He cares about his patients and wants them truly healthy. Other doctors arent thorough and want you in/out of their office quick.
I needed a chiropractor for a while and Dr. Wang is very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. They have timely appointments and flexible to work with a new mom. I'm very happy with my experience and care with this office- they are able to care for pregnant, post-natal and little ones.
OMG. This guy is SO crazy knowledgeable. I have been going to chiropractors for years they always crack you then kick you out.They spent a full hour adjusting and doing physical therapy on my back. It’s not close to my house but I’m driving here every time. Also, i was going to a place closer to the beach that charged 2x what I pay here.I always try and think of a “down side” or feedback for the place but i really can’t think of any. . . They have good music but it’s the radio so you have to hear commercials. That’s all i can come up with.

Absolutely incredible! I've been having a less than fun pregnancy and really struggled with nerve pain - Hoag referred me here and I only wish I had found it sooner! Every masseuse from Katlyn to Mikki to Dayna has been lovely and so good at what they do, but I want to give a special shout out to Mikki, who truly has the most nurturing, caring, and healing touch. She's so wonderful and gifted and I will absolutely be coming back for postpartum and beyond. Their customer service is also lovely; my first massage I booked had to be rescheduled do to illness, and Michael went above and beyond to work with my challenging schedule and get me in within just a few days. They are very responsive and accommodating; thank you for being the best and most nurturing part of my pregnancy journey!

Dr. Kathleen Albertson was recommended to me by my doctor while undergoing IVF treatment. I was going into my third transfer attempt and I was asking what I could do differently to try to improve my odds. I had never done acupuncture before but was willing to give it a try. At my first visit, she explained everything she was going to do and explained the fertility benefits of acupuncture. She made me feel completely at ease. The needles didn't hurt at all. Each week I looked forward to treatments. I ALWAYS got an AMAZING nap at each session and always felt so refreshed after! She always kept the rooms warm and so cozy and comfortable. It was impossible to not be relaxed. I loved how she was flexible when I needed to change appointments and she was very quick to respond via text message. She is very kind and supportive and always reminded me to take care of myself and put myself first (over all of the work and other life stress going on). I truly believe these sessions helped lead to a successful transfer! Fast forward months later, and I am just getting out of my first trimester! Thank you Kathy for everything!!
