Jude does amazing work! I’m training for the Camino (170 mile walk) and had reached a point where I was in a lot of pain in my hips, knees, legs, feet. Jude really worked her magic, totally releasing the pain in my hip flexors, and easing the tension in my legs, knees, and feet, which allowed my training to move forward to the next level. In addition, she is a kind and dedicated professional and I feel lucky to have found her.
I just had my second session with Jude and I am amazed at how much better I feel already. She is just absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, and creates such a comfortable environment. I am so looking forward to my next visit :)
