I just finished a massage with Jude. She was sweet, listened well, made me feel safe, and really knew her stuff. Her office is really easy to get to and is immediately off the 5 freeway. Has a fellow Certified Massage Therapist I'm glad I can recommend her.

The first time I came to Jude, my back was stiff and I was tense. She put me at ease and masssged and loosened muscles and made me feel oh so very much better. Jude will refresh you. Her hands know the way.

Jude is fantastic! She has amazing knowledge of how different muscles affect each other and how to get to the root of pain and stiffness, with long lasting relief. Her massages work deep into problem areas, without being overwhelming. Highly recommend!

As a holistic health practitioner and massage therapist of 18 years, there are many options for healing. My goal is to provide the unique treatment your body needs and deserves whether it is prenatal massage, hot stones, structural integration, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular trigger point, sports massage, lymphatic drainage or simply circulatory.
