Came here a few days ago and everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful! Rosa gave me a great haircut, professional and friendly. I will be returning to her for my next haircut in a few months. My girlfriend loves the new haircut..:)

I love this place the only negative is that I have to make an appointment. I miss the old barber shops that you could just walk in and get a hair cut, you can here too but it's never with the barber you want.

I was so lucky that my daughter found a wonderful stylist at EMS, Laguna Hills!! Rosa did a fabulous cut on her and I have now had 2 cuts by Rosa and have gotten more compliments than ever before! I had a very particular cut in mind and she listened to me and gave me exactly what I had hoped for!! You're the best, Rosa...thank you!!Service: Haircut
