Water leaks and damages are the worst thing that can happen to a residence. A single source can be devastating as the moisture can travel and be soaked up by the drywall in places you would never have expected. Black mold is so bad and probably my worst fears in home ownership. That is what happened to our home after our water heater leaked.The leak must have been happening for a while and unfortunately it travelled back into the house, under the vinyl flooring and all the way to the other end of the home. The technician that did the work (Jerry) was thorough, explained what he was doing and looking for, and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the quality of the work done and would recommend them to anyone needing restoration work done.
Elias and assistant from ServiceFirst Restoration was prompt, tidy, and very considerate when moving my refrigerator. They were especially careful with my cabinetry. I highly recommend them.
