NTSI provides excellent service - at least, that was my experience! I found staff very responsive and all my questions were answered quickly and completely. I found the program very easy to access and was really happy to hear services were offered virtually. They made dealing with a tough situation a lot easier. I would like to give special shout outs to:1) Jacob Zamora, who was kind, personable, and gave solid info about the program and process.2) Ms. Kathie - I really appreciated her humorous and down-to-earth style. NTSI staff and the leaders of the group sessions are all wonderful. Jacob is awesome (he runs the show!) and very responsive. I would 200% choose NTSI over any other DUI program hands down. :)

From National Traffic Safety Institute

NTSI offers a variety of California DUI classes near you designed for violators with a first or multiple driving offenses related to alcohol or other drugs. These educational DUI programs are 12 hours to 18 months in length, depending on individual requirements. The Drug and Alcohol classes offer an intensive, individualized analytical and educational examination of the dangers and problems (both personal and social) of impaired driving. Addiction, the disease concept of alcoholism, family history of alcoholism, and denial are among the topics covered in the program.
