“I certainly recommend this company. Do not waste your time and get it right with Pipe-it-Right. We had some undetected pinhole leaks long enough that it started to damage our wall and floor in the laundry room. Of course Christmas was only a week away. Under the wire, we quickly researched and called plumbing companies. We reached out to 5 different companies. PIR was the one that stood out. Although, still skeptical, we took a chance on PIR and were not dissapointed. We opted for the pex pipes.
As promised by Micheal, our sales rep, work soon started the very next day after we signed the contract. The crew came on time, early morning and got to work. It was impressive how fast and efficient yet careful they worked. Plastic curtain labyrinths were placed from floor to ceiling everywhere. They take protecting furniture, flooring and personal property very seriously. It was rather impressive all the piping was knocked out and done in 1 day! The following day, same thing, though a different crew showed up early morning, all the patching was done the same day. Isaiah led this crew and he was just exceptional! All was finished by 6pm.
Unfortunately, we did have an issue with our kitchen faucet. Seems that while the pipes were taken off, part of the connecting hardware/hose broke off and rendered unfixable. Now I needed to replace the whole faucet. I contacted our coordinator Paulina, she was phenomenal in coordinating the replacement, refund and even taking care of the instalation. I truly appreciate the thoroughness. Thank you Pipe-it -Right team.”
